I went to this show with my 2 daughters and they were extremely excited. The doors opened at 6:30, but the show didn't start until 8:30, which meant a long time standing around, although the crowd was enthusiastic. Morris Day and The Time put on a very well-staged show and looked and sounded lovely. The end of the show became problematic when Morris Day and The Time unexpectedly popped up through a stage at the back of the venue. When people spotted them, there was a sudden rush to get there, and the crowd surged without warning. I was very concerned about the safety of myself and my children as the crowd started to crush. An older woman with her grandchild was beside me, screaming in panic from the crush, and I assisted her in maneuvering through the people to the exit. Unfortunately, this incident really dampened the evening, but Morris Day and The Time sounded fantastic, and I'm certain I will attend any future shows.
